For the release of their new Smartphone the Hero 2 (and the Idol2), Alcatel needed a worldwide campaign with a strong partnership : Avicii
Their customer target is young and obviously into social networks. How more motivating for them than to participate in Avicii's next music video! Every contestant has 3 seconds to convince the world. The 120 best rated videos then got to appear in their idol's official music video : The Nights.
To follow the dynamism of the album cover, I played with bright colors, that I then calmed down with grey "snow effect" surfaces. Everything in the website and music video, echos the identity of Avicii and his new album, blended with videos from his fans.
We created everything from banners, newletters, FB ads & posts, to press releases and a huge event for the launch of the phone, in Berlin.
