Global redesign for international retail brand : Carrefour
Carrefour's ambition was to become the New french Amazon by merging their 13 websites and apps into ONE CARREFOUR e-commerce website.
Managing 7 designers, I lead the design for this major project working closely with the client in Agile. We created an atomic design system, assuring effective update of branding, if needed one day. It also guaranteed consistency of styling, interactions, animations, and user experience throughout the website.
