Carrefour's ambition is to become the new French Amazon by merging their 13 websites and apps into ONE CARREFOUR global e-commerce website. Managing 7 designers, I led the design for this major project working closely with the client in Agile. We created an atomic design system, assuring effective branding updates. It also guaranteed consistency of styling, interactions, animations, and user experience throughout the website.
